1. Account information — If you register, we store the name and email you provide, authentication details needed to operate your account, and your account settings.
2. Technical information — Requests to the site may generate IP address, browser, and error logs needed for security and troubleshooting.
3. Cookies and local storage — We use them for sign-in sessions, site preferences, and website analytics.
4. AI generation data — If you choose AI generation, we process your prompt, uploaded reference images, generated images, task status, and credit usage.

Files used in the free sprite-sheet tools are processed in your browser. Those tools do not upload your source images to our servers. When you use AI generation, your prompt and any reference image are sent to Kie for image generation; reference and generated images are stored using Cloudflare R2 so the workflow can return them. When you purchase credits, Stripe processes the payment and provides us with the transaction status, amount, and billing details needed to record the order and handle refunds. We do not receive your complete card number.

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand visits and improve the site. It may collect page views, interactions, referral sources, browser and device information, and approximate location through cookies or similar identifiers. We do not intentionally send your name, email address, or files selected for the free tools to Google Analytics. You can limit analytics cookies through your browser settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• Maintain accounts and sign-in sessions, and send account security messages when email is enabled.
• Respond to your questions, feedback, and support requests.
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud and abuse.

Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in these limited cases:

• With infrastructure providers that host the site or deliver account email, as needed to provide the service.
• With Kie for the AI generation that you request, including the prompt and any reference image you provide.
• With Stripe to process a credit-pack purchase and related refunds when checkout is open.
• With Google Analytics to measure website usage and improve the service.
• To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests from public authorities.
• To protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of our users.

Data Security

We use HTTPS and access controls to protect account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your Rights
