Acceptance of Terms

Sprite Sheet Builder is operated by Jinyan LLC. By accessing or using spritesheetbuilder.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Description of Service

We provide browser-based tools for packing, splitting, animating, and exporting sprite sheets. AI generation is available to signed-in users with verified email and sufficient credits. Other visitors can preview the workflow with sample art. Paid credit packs are available only when checkout is marked open on the pricing page. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of any party.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Use the service to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.

Payment and Billing

A verified account receives three one-time trial AI credits, valid for seven days. When checkout is open, we offer one-time purchases of 72 credits for USD $4.99 and 160 credits for USD $9.99. These are prepaid credits, not subscriptions, and purchased credits do not expire. Each successful 1K image generation uses one credit; a failed generation returns its reserved credit, while a user-requested retry is a new generation. Daily and concurrent limits apply. The total price and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. Stripe processes payments; we do not store complete card numbers.

Purchase Refunds

To request a refund, email support@spritesheetbuilder.com with the email address used for the purchase and your order details. We consider refunds for unused purchased credits; if only part of a pack remains unused, we may issue a proportional refund. Credits already used for successful image generations are generally not refundable, except where required by applicable law. When a payment is refunded, the corresponding unused credits are removed from your balance. A failed AI generation returns its reserved credit automatically; this is separate from a payment refund. These terms do not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

Jinyan LLC owns the site's original interface and content. You retain rights to files you bring to the tools and are responsible for having permission to use them. Downloadable sample assets may have separate license terms; a download alone does not grant a commercial license.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. To request account closure, contact support@spritesheetbuilder.com.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the service.
